Defined Fitness offers a variety of energizing classes that will keep you motivated. We offer everything from low impact classes including Fit & Flex and Total Body Conditioning to high intensity classes including Cardio Max and Extreme Boot Camp. With so many to choose from, you’ll be sure to find many classes that are right for you.
This class replicates military drills combining aerobic, anaerobic and strength training segments. BIA
This is a high intensity interval strength and cardio boot camp workout. You can expect to burn lots of calories while increasing your strenght and cardio output. BIAS
The dance-inspired class combines the fluidity of ballet, the flexibility of yoga and the core strengthening of Pilates. BIA
In this class, you will perform maximum cardio workout interval segments of exercises using a ratio of 30 seconds of cardio and 10 seconds of rest. IA
You will build muscle strength in your legs, core and upper body; enhance muscle endurance and staying power for long runs; increase your cardiovascular endurance; improve your stability and balance and avoid sore muscles, injuries, and spills. BIA
A low impact strength and stretch class with music from Big Band to Rock n' Roll to Disco! BIAS
A 30-minute class for kids ages 3 - 5. Activities such as climbing over, under, in and out, jumping, catching, crawling, running, hopping, skipping, and etc., will be incorporated in this class.
A 45-minute class for kids ages 6 – 11. Activities will include simple dance movements, simple drills such as jumping rope, running in place, jumping jacks, and etc.
A combination of low impact aerobic fitness exercise with intervals of high energy. BIAS
A high impact exercises that may include running, jumping, etc. This class will get your heart pumpin’. A
Hip Hop Music and dance moves combined with high intensity aerobic movemnets and patterns. BIA
Insanity is a cardio class, based on max interval training. This class will push you past your limits with athletic/plyometric drills mixed with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. BIAS
Top to bottom cardio workout focusing on proper kickboxing form and utilizing boxing gloves, focus mitts and other equipment. (All equipment provided). BIA
This is a low stress aerobic exercise class with one foot always in contact with the floor. BIAS
A fifteen minute class designed to isolate the abdominal muscles. BIAS
Power movement and strength training used to define all major muscle groups. May include the use of weights, bands, and bodybars.
A low impact aerobic workout centered around Latin dance movements. BIA
A great compliment to the SilverSneakers Classic class. This class incorporates a great cardio workout with limited use of the chair. BS
This step class expands on the basic steps learned in Step I. IA

This class incorporates strength and cardio segments using equipment such as dumbbells, body bars, and bands, for a total body workout.
A 45 minute treadmill class that will increase endurance and speed. This class is for all fitness levels, and you may walk or run. BIA
Improve balance and learn restorative breathing techniques through a variety of gentle yoga poses while seated or standing. BIAS
Latin inspired moves and dance themes come together to create a dynamic, fun class. BIA
This class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves, to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. IA
