Through the movement and practice of Hatha Yoga, it is possible to find stillness. The beauty of yoga is its simplicity. It is a practice that offers infinite expansion and requires only mind, breath, body and gravity. Chris’s goal is to offer practitioners of all levels the knowledge and experience to create and grow in their own practice.

Chris began teaching hatha yoga in April of 2002, and she has well over 1000 teaching hours. She completed the advanced Yoga Teacher Training in 2010 and has a 500 hour certification with YogaAlliance. Chris’ practicum was in Yoga Nidra. Over the years, Chris has learned so much, attending numerous classes, advanced teacher trainings and workshops, and has gained many insights from the people who have taken, and continue to take, her classes. She is always humbled by their generosity.

Prior to teaching yoga, Chris worked as a research chemist. Her outside interests are dressage, hiking, drawing and painting.
