Instructor : Jen Cote
Jen is a Group Exercise Coordinator for Defined Fitness for both our Rio Rancho and Riverside locations. She has been teaching for 15 years, and is nationally certified with AFAA. She is also certified to teach Pilates, group cycling, BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyCombat, CxWorx and BodyFlow. Jen got her start in the fitness industry as a certified personal trainer after losing almost 70lbs through clean eating and exercise. Jen is passionate about helping others reach their fitness and lifestyle goals, and she is known for her energetic and fun classes.
