Instructor : Kimberly Rees
Kimberly Rees is a Pilates Instructor, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with over 19 years’ experience in the fitness industry. Her certifications include: Kettlebells, Kickboxing, Bootcamp, Cycling, TRX Suspension Training and Total Body Conditioning. Kimberly specializes in developing flexibility, core stability, and core strength, all while giving a full-body workout. She has worked for Defined Fitness since 1997 and currently teaches two cycling classes.
