It’s often said that those who can, do, and those who can’t, teach. Well, Liz is an exception to that rule. Not only does she love exercising, she loves helping others achieve their fitness goals, too! For over 25 years, she’s been teaching a variety of exercise classes for people of all different skill and fitness levels. Liz brings her enthusiasm and talents to Defined Fitness as a Certified Fitness Instructor, specializing in everything from Bodypump to Bodystep, and Boot Camp to Pilates (oh, and if you’re into hi/lo, abs, low impact or cycling, she can help guide you through those workouts, too). When Liz isn’t helping her participants reach fitness Nirvana, she can be found spending time with her husband, daughters and cockapoo named Emma.
