Louis has been a group fitness instructor for indoor cycling since Sept. 2007. He is an ex-bicycle racer who is qualified as an instructor in for indoor cycling training programs Revolutions and HeartZone. Louis brings his racing experience to help give a real world perspective to how indoor cycling helps benefit not only cardio training and physical fitness, but how it affects someone who rides outside also. Louis is a marathon runner as well who can give tips on different aspects of training. For example: cardio for cycling or running, diet and proper nutrition for both, and training programs to help get people into shape.
