Instructor : Michelle Hernandez
Michelle has been teaching group fitness for eight years. She started out only teaching Salsa but had a passion and desire to expand her knowledge in the area of group fitness. Michelle is now certified in three Les Mills programs: Bodypump, Bodycombat and CXworks. She is also holds a Cycling certification. She likes long walks on the beach and getting caught in the rain. She has a passion to see people grow, challenge themselves and succeed no matter the fitness level.
