Tina has had many years of ballet training, many more years of yoga, and nine years of Tai Chi. She received Tai Chi Chuan Level 1 Certification from Tom Kao in December, 2008. She finds teaching Tai Chi very rewarding because it is a privilege to be helping people regain and maintain strength, balance and flexibility. Tina’s grandchildren love that she is teaching a martial arts and learning Tai Chi Sword.
