Metro was our first freestanding club which opened in 1988. It was originally part of a nursery school called II Bright Beginnings II off of Spain and Eubank and moved a few years later around 1992 just down the road to San Mateo and McLeod where it has been thriving ever since. Our members still love working out here and our team is always proud to be a part of our most established location. This building was also the home of our Corporate Office for a while until it moved to The Mountain Run Plaza. Metro remains one of our most beloved clubs to our longstanding members.

Brad Chavez

Brad has been with Defined Fitness since October 2022. He has held positions as a General Manager and Area Manager, and he was most recently promoted to District Operations Manager. In this role, he oversees the daily operations of all Defined Fitness Clubs, focusing on achieving operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of service across all locations. Outside of work, Brad enjoys exploring dirt roads and attending concerts from the front row.
