What to Expect in Class
Each Les Mills class is led by a certified instructor and follows a structured format:
• Warm-up to activate major muscle groups
• Working tracks targeting strength, cardio, or endurance (depending on class)
• Cool-down and recovery to improve flexibility and reduce soreness
Classes typically last 30 to 60 minutes depending on format. All movements can be modified for your fitness level, and instructors guide you through every phase with encouragement and energy.
