Indoor Aquatics Area

Every Defined Fitness location features a full aquatic center. Swim laps in the Jr. Olympic-sized pool, burn calories in a low-impact aqua class, then soothe sore muscles in the hot tub, dry sauna, or steam room.

Cardio Deck

Get your heart pumping with an extensive range of the latest cardio equipment — treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, stationary bikes and more, all equipped with the technology to keep your routine varied and engaging.

Free Weights

Endless iron at your fingertips. Dumbbells, barbells, benches, and racks accommodate every workout style and intensity level, with mirrored walls so you can check your form and track your progress.

Functional Training Turf

Our indoor turf zone is built for functional training — sandbags, tires, sleds, and battle ropes. Whether you're chasing strength, agility, or conditioning, there's space to move the way your body was built to move.

Group X Classes

Over 200 group exercise classes every week, including Les Mills formats, Zumba, cycling, aqua, and mind and body. From Body Combat to Yoga and Pilates, there's a class for every level and every mood.

The Yard

An outdoor training space with free weights, battle ropes, push carts, and specialized equipment. Train in the fresh air and sunshine for a workout that feels completely different from the gym floor.
