Why CHoose
Defined Fitness?
Defined Fitness has been locally owned and operated in New Mexico for over 37 years. We're not chasing a corporate playbook. Our clubs are built around what actually gets New Mexicans to come back, day after day. Here's what that looks like:
All-Inclusive Access
Every Defined Fitness membership includes Kids Club childcare and unlimited Group X classes at no extra cost. There's no tiered pricing and no roped-off “premium” section. You pay one price and use the whole gym.
More Ways to Train
Every Defined Fitness location includes free weights, strength machines, a turf training zone, and a dedicated performance area. Bored of your routine? Switch it up whenever you want—no second membership needed.
Classes That Keep You Moving Forward
Our group fitness schedule includes favorites like Les Mills, Zumba, Aqua Fitness, SilverSneakers, and more. These classes let you tap into the motivating energy of the group, every day of the week.
Expert Personal Training
Defined Fitness is the official gym of the New Mexico Goatheads and Chupacabras. The same certified trainers who coach those athletes build expert-run programs around your specific goals, not a generic template.
Recovery Counts Too
We believe that recovery is just as important as the workout. Treat yourself to our amenities, including saunas, steam rooms, and HydroMassage—because you deserve to feel good inside and out, every visit.
Designed Around You (8 Locations + Kids Club)
Defined Fitness operates 8 full-service locations across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, and Farmington. Free Kids Club childcare is included at every one for kids 10 months to 12 years old.
Invest in your employees. Strengthen your workplace.
