Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.
Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up, and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeal to rockstars of all ages and abilities.

Mind-Body
Mind-body exercise like Pilates is activity that keys on the mental focus of the physical movements being performed. With this type of exercise quality of movement is stressed over quantity of movement. You’ll often see instructors using a lot of verbal “cues” and coaching on things like the quality of breathing, rhythmic inhalation and exhalation during the exercise, and proper body alignment.
Aqua
Aqua classes involve a variety of water-based exercises designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility, all performed in a swimming pool. Participants use the water’s resistance to enhance their workout while minimizing impact on the joints, making it ideal for people of all fitness levels. The class often includes activities such as water jogging, aerobics, and resistance training using water weights or noodles, all set to upbeat music.
